SSP are a leading manufacturer of premium coffee grinding burrs, based in South Korea. They produce specialised burrs that create different grind profiles when compared to the manufacturer's original burrs. In turn, this can bring out different flavours in the cup and elevate the range and potential of your grinder.
The SSP 64mm Multi-purpose Red Speed Burr Set is designed for use in the most popular 64mm burr grinders such as;
- Fellow Ode Brew Grinder (Matte Black and White)
- Mazzer Super Jolly
- G-IOTA
- DF64
- Anfim
The Red Speed Coating gives the burrs a golden orange sheen and increases the durability greatly when compared to uncoated burrs.
Please note, if you wish to use the SSP 64mm multipurpose burrs with a Fellow Ode, it must be the Q42021 version or newer.
The chamber will not fit SSP burrs on the earlier models such as Q42020 or Q12021!
I watched hours of videos on how I could improve my espresso. After doing all the free or low cost stuff and adding value with them, I decided to go for the SSP burrs. Adding them has really helped bump things up another level or three! I’ll simply say to check out the videos on YouTube as they cover all the information you need to know. In a few words my espresso is cleaner tasting, smoother and I’m getting more subtle flavours out of it.
