Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is ESPRESSO SOLUTIONS LTD, located at Unit 3a Gatwick Gate Ind Estate, Charlwood Road, Lowfield Heath, West Sussex, England, RH11 0TG (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
No purchase necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up to the Promoter’s mailing list at one of the events the Promoter is exhibiting at during 2026.
Entry is completed by providing valid contact details (e.g., name and email address).
One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

4. Promotional Period
Entries will be accepted from 10/04/2026 until 29/11/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Espresso Series 1 Machine (“the Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the promotion closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of the Prize
The Prize will be shipped to a UK or Irish address provided by the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed deliveries outside its control.

8. Marketing Consent
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be added to the Promoter’s mailing list and to receive marketing communications.
Participants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the emails or by contacting the Promoter directly.
