Shipping policy

Order Processing 

We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding national & bank holidays) up until 3pm for same day dispatch. We use Royal Mail & DPD, and over 95% of the time their delivery times are as expected. Occasionally, there may delays but if there are any issues, get in touch and we will try our best to help. 

Standard Delivery 

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched same day on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. 

Express Delivery 

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched same day on a DPD service. If you place an order on a Friday, express delivery would be on the next working day, Monday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a national or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
